The name of the company was changed to One Point One Solutions Private Limited pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name, dated December 17, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extraordinary General Meeting of the company held on August 18, 2017 and the name of the company was changed to One Point One Solutions Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of company to Public Limited, dated October 9, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
