Pace Digitek was originally incorporated as ‘Pace Power Systems Private Limited’, at Bengaluru as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and received a certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on March 1, 2007.

Pace Digitek is a telecom infrastructure solution provider with a significant focus on the telecom infrastructure industry including telecom towers and optical fibre cables. It undertakes manufacturing, installation and commissioning services of products at the site and undertakes operation and maintenance of site including tower erection and optical fiber cable laying as turnkey solution. It generates its revenue from operations from three verticals i.e., telecommunications, energy, and information and communication technology (ICT).

It has established operational presence in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim among others along with operations in Myanmar and Africa. The company commenced its operations as an electrical equipment product manufacturer for the telecom industry, and over the years it has expanded its Telecom Infra operations to comprise products, projects, operations & maintenance (O&M), and services and solutions.

• 2007: Incorporation of the company under the name of Pace Power Systems Private Limited and commencement of power product manufacturing division.
• 2008: The company initiated manufacturing integrated power product solutions and commenced field operations & maintenance.
• 2011: It commenced offering telecom products and services in South Africa and added a new product to its product portfolio i.e., Integrated Power Management System (IPMS).
• 2012: Started providing energy management solutions and ventured into renewable energy and hybrid energy.
• 2014: Acquired Lineage Power Private Limited from GE Power Electronics India.
• 2014: Started executing turnkey projects in Telecom and ICT.
• 2020: Ventured into smart classrooms, smart kiosks, security, and surveillance projects as part of ICT.
• 2022: Launched the turnkey fiber optic cable network project
• 2023: The company was awarded an order for setting up a 4G saturation project by a public sector telecom company (4G Saturation Project).
• 2025: Lineage Power Private Limited, a subsidiary of the Company has commenced operations at its BESS Plant at Bidadi, Karnataka (i.e., Manufacturing Facility 3).
