The Company was incorporated as ‘Penta Gold Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated March 12, 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of Company was changed to ‘Penta Gold Limited’ pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated March 22, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. 

They are a retailer, wholesaler and exporter of gold jewellery. They have a retail outlet in Mumbai. They also export their products (gold jewellery studded with diamond) to overseas buyers. They also sell their products to wholesalers domestically. They primarily sell gold jewellery i.e. Chains, Rings, Bangles, Necklace, Mangalsutra, Bracelet, Earrings and other jewellery studded or non-studded with pearls, diamonds, American diamonds and other precious stones. Further, they also have product line of antique and kundan Jewellery. Further, they also have variety of Italian jewellery products which is famous for its machine designs and light weighted jewellery.

They offer their Jewellery across different price ranges from low to high to cater on large scale customer base. They help their customers to choose the best suited product according to latest trends and fashion.
