The Company was incorporated on 26th November, 1986 .The only segment in which the company is engaged in manufacture of Organic Chemicals namely Acetic Acid, Ethyl Acetate, Acetaldehyde and Butyl Acetate.

The company made its public issue in the year 1991. It is a part of the Dera Group. The factory of the company is located at MIDC Lote Parshuram Industrial Estate, Khed Taluka Ratnagiri district Maharashtra.
