The company is in the business of manufacturing of sugar and it’s by-products. Company's manufacturing plant is located at Umri Indri Road, Village Bhadson, Tehsil Indri Karnal District, Haryana.

The share of the company is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange. It operates two divisions: sugar and other.

Company’s sugar division manufactures white crystal sugar, molasses and bagasse, whereas other segment produces liquor.
