Prima Industries, incorporated in November 1994. The Company went public in 1995.It has three divisions viz (a) Solvent Extraction (b) Edible Oil Refinery and (c) Animal Feed. The present capacity utilization of Prima`s manufacturing facilities are around 65 to 70% of the installed capacities, Bulk of the capacity utilization is for conversion contracts for well established companies like Godrej, Kerala Feeds and KSE. Their products are manufactured according to their own formulations .
