Pritika Engineering Components was incorporated as ‘Pritika Engineering Components Private Limited’ as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh dated February 20, 2018 at its registered office situated at Plot No.C-94, Phase-VII Industrial Focal Point, S.A.S Nagar, Mohali, Punjab. Pursuant to a special resolution of its Shareholders passed in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on April 16, 2022, the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Pritika Engineering Components Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2022 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh.

The company caters to the tractor industry in the automotive sector with major dependency on Original Equipment Manufacturers. It supplies its product directly to OEM and through its promoter company Pritika Auto Industries and group company Pritika Industries. The company manufactures various Tractors & Automobile components like End Cover, Cover Sealed Brake, Differential Case, Cover Hydraulic Lift, Cover Transcase, Front Wheel hub, Fly Wheel Housing, Rear Axle Casings, Hydraulic Lift Covers, Brake Housing & Front Engine Supports etc.

Major events and milestones

• 1973: Founded by R.S. Nibber in 1973 as a small unit of forging for Railways in Delhi.
• 1975: First machine shop started in Delhi.
• 1995: Started machine shop in Mohali.
• 1997: First foundry set up in Dera Bassi in 1997 with capacity of 3000tone/year.
• 2007: Started first integrated foundry and machine shop in Himachal Pradesh with a capacity of 7800 tons/year.
• 2017: Started second integrated foundry and machine shop in Punjab with capacity of 12k tons/year.
• 2018: Total group capacity- 40k tons/year.
• 2018: The company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name Pritika Engineering Components Private Limited.
• 2021: The company has increased Installed capacity from 9600 MT to 12000 MT.
• 2022: The company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and its name was changed to Pritika Engineering Components Limited.
• 2022: The company has subscribed in the shares of Meeta Castings Limited (MCL), MCL being the wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
• 2023: Started new plant with capacity of 12k tons/year with Lost Foam Casting Technology.
• 2024: Total group capacity- 70k tons/year
