History and milestones
- 1973-75: Founded by R.S. Nibber in 1973 as a small unit of forging for Railways in Delhi and in 1975, first machine shop started in Delhi.
- 1980: Incorporation of the company
- 1995-97: Started machine shop in Mohali, first foundry set up in Dera Bassi in 1997 with capacity of 3000 tons/year.
- 2007: Started first integrated foundry and machine shop in Himachal Pradesh with a capacity of 7800 tons/year. Total Group capacity - 15k tons/year.
- 2017-18: Started second integrated foundry and machine shop in Punjab with capacity of 12k tons/year. Total group capacity - 40k tons/year.
- 2023-24: Started new plant with capacity of 12k tons/year with lost foam casting technology. Currently, total group capacity - 70k tons/year.
