Promact Plastics was incorporated on March 26, 1985 as a private limited at Ahmadabad and subsequently converted into a public limited company vide a special resolution passed on February 15, 1993 and a certificate to that effect was obtained from the office of the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on March 24, 1993. The company is presently engaged in the manufacture of synthetic woven sacks of HDPE. Gujarat Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization appraised the project.
