Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 11, 2024 and consequently the name of the Company was changed from ‘Purple United Sales Private Limited’ to ‘Purple United Sales Limited’ vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to public company dated June 20, 2024 by Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
