It started as leasing and finance company and became a Category 1 Merchant Banker in late 80s and was into merchant banking, financial and investment advisory services. Today BNK Capital is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) engaged in investment banking distribution services, corporate finance and advisory services. It is also a member of National Multi commodity Exchange of India.
