The company was originally incorporated as ‘Rajputana Industries Private Limited’ at Jaipur as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 13, 2011, issued by the RoC, Rajasthan. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to the approval accorded by its Shareholders at their extraordinary general meeting held on April 21, 2023. Consequently, the name of the company was changed to ‘Rajputana Industries Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company was issued to the company by the RoC, Jaipur on May 04, 2023.
