The company was originally incorporated on January 16, 1976 under the Companies Act, 1956 as ‘Rotographics (India) Private Limited’ in the state of Delhi & Haryana which was subsequently changed to ‘Rotographics (India) Limited’ on December 19, 1994. RGL had established in paper industry since its inception.
