The Company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the Partnership Act, 1932 (Partnership Act) in the name of Rajshree Industries, pursuant to a deed of partnership dated October 23, 2003. The name of Rajshree Industries was changed to Rajshree Polypack pursuant to a deed of re-constitution dated September 1, 2011. The said partnership was thereafter converted from a partnership firm to a private limited company under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai with the name of ‘Rajshree Polypack Private Limited’ on October 15, 2011. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by its shareholders dated March 24, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Rajshree Polypack Limited’ to reflect the legal status of its Company pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated August 3, 2017.
With an annual capacity of over 10,000 MTand more than 100 products, it is fundamentally committed to the ongoing technical advancement, whilst aiming to stay updated on the technology used in its business. Its manufacturing facility at Factory Unit -II at Daman has been equipped with the state of the art machinery.

The company is one of the leaders in manufacturing of rigid plastic sheets and thermoformed packaging products to the industry segment it cater to. It aims to continue to build its strengths in the field of rigid and semi-rigid plastic sheets and plastic packaging products. It manufactures customized plastic thermoformed packaging products which are tailored to the client’s requirements. Its products range from yoghurt & ice cream containers, food packing, QSRs, coffee cups, bakery products and confectioneries, beverage cups & containers, generic bowls, punnets & trays for fruits and vegetable packing, lids etc. It has a wide range of sizes and designs to meet the customers’ need. Its incessant commitment to design and development continues to add new products to its existing product-line.
