Zenzy Technocrats Limited formerly the Bombay Polymers Limited was incorporated in the name & style of 'Bombay Polymers Private Limited' on November 24,1975 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of Maharashtra. The name of the company was subsequently changed to ‘Bombay Polymers Limited’ and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on January 1,1983.
