Shantanu Sheorey Aquakult was incorporated as a private limited company on June 18, 1993 and subsequently converted into public limited company on November 25, 1994 in terms of the special resolution passed in their extra ordinary general meeting on October 19, 1994 under section 31/44 of the Companies Act, 1956. The company has already set up a shrimp hatchery with an annual production capacity of 80 million P Mondon shrimp seeds.
