Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by its Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 05, 2024, and the name of the company was changed to ‘Shivashrit Foods Limited’. A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a Private Limited company to Public Limited company dated October 4, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
