Shri Kanha Stainless was incorporated under the name and style of ‘Kanha Stainless Private Limited’, on July 10, 2015. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to ‘Shri Kanha Stainless Private Limited’ on November 09, 2017. Further, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by its Board of Directors in their meeting held on July 11, 2024 and by its Shareholders in an extraordinary general meeting held on August 09, 2024 and consequently the name of the company was changed to ‘Shri Kanha Stainless Limited’ on August 30, 2024.
