  • 2025: Enters into the manufacturing of crash barriers -- a roadside safety structure made up of materials like steel or concrete.
  • 2025: Shyam Metalics and Energy’s step-down subsidiary -- Ramsarup Industries commissioned its Modern Blast Furnace along with Linear Sinter Plant and started its commercial production from December 30, 2025.
  • 2026: Shyam Metalics and Energy’s step-down subsidiary-- Shyam Sel and Power (SSPL) successfully commissioned the Phase II of its Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) Facility for Colour Coated Sheets at its plant in Jamuria.
  • 2026: Acquired 26% equity share capital in Emerge Green Power (EGPPL) and consequently become an Associate company of the Company.
  • 2026: Shyam Metalics and Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Shyam Sel and Power commissioned 8.90 MWp Solar Power Project at its manufacturing plant located in Jamuria, West Bengal, for captive consumption to optimize operational power costs and support green energy integration.
  • 2026: Commissioned new 1.5 MTPA (Million Tonnes Per Annum) Beneficiation Plant in Sambalpur (Odisha).
