- 2001: Incorporation of the company in the name of ‘Sonam Clock Private Limited’.
- 2002-03: Commenced manufacturing operations of wall clock items at Village Lajai, Morbi Rajkot Highway, Taluka Tankara, District Morbi - Gujarat, India.
- 2008-09: Domestic Turnover crosses Rs 10 crore and Export Turnover crosses Rs 5 crore.
- 2009-10: Export Turnover crosses Rs 10 crore.
- 2011-12: Overall Turnover crosses Rs 30 crore.
- 2015-16: The company got accredited with ISO 9001:2008 certification for Quality Control System.
- 2016-17: Gross Revenue from Operations crosses Rs 40 crore.
- 2017-18: Change in Registered Office of the company.
- 2017-18: Conversion of the company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company.
- 2021: Sonam clock was registered and set up a limited company. Formally named Sonam Clock Private Limited, further branded as Sonam Quartz.
- 2022: The company migrated to Main Board of NSE.
