The company’s name was changed in 1990 to M/s SPML Industries Ltd., then in 1994 to M/s Subhash Capital City Ltd & finally in 1998 to M/s International Constructions Ltd. The Equity Shares of the company are listed on NSE & Kolkata Stock Exchange.
