In 2012 Shiv Vani wins an offshore drilling contract from GUPCO and completes acquisition of offshore jack up rig.

Platforms & Structures-- Shiv-Vani, a premium E&P service provider, has entered a strategic tie-up and currently utilises the partner's yard and fabrication facilities for engineering and maintenance of offshore platforms and structures.
