Swati Projects Limited was originally incorporated on May 20, 1983 under the Companies Act, 1956, in the state of West Bengal. Swati Projects Limited obtained certificate of Commencement of Business pursuant to Section 149(3) of the Companies Act, 1956 from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal vide certificate dated 8th June, 1983. 
The Company came out with its Initial Public Offering and obtained listing on Calcutta Stock Exchange as on February 29, 1997 and recently listed in Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited as on January 23, 2020.
