Taurian MPS Limited was originally incorporated on June 28, 2010, as a Private Limited Company in the name of ‘Rashi Resources Private Limited’. Subsequently pursuant a Special Resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 04, 2022, the name of the company was changed from ‘Rashi Resources Private Limited’ to ‘Taurian MPS Private Limited’ and a Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change in name was issued on July 22, 2022, by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further, pursuant to a Special Resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on July 27, 2024, the company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the company was changes to ‘Taurian MPS Limited’.
