TechD Cybersecurity Limited was originally incorporated as ‘Techdefence Labs Solutions Private Limited’ a private limited company on January 19, 2017. Further, the company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated October 05, 2024 and consequently, the name of the company was changed from ‘Techdefence Labs Solutions Private Limited’ to ‘Techdefence Labs Solutions Limited’. Furthermore, the name of the company was changed from ‘Techdefence Labs Solutions Limited’ to ‘TechD Cybersecurity Limited’ pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company on July 16, 2025.
