Zentronics Technologies was incorporated in January 1983 as a private limited company, it was converted into a public limited company in August 1985. Earlier known as Nirmal Metal Fabricators, the name of the company was changed to the present one with effect from Jan. 17, 2008. The company has been engaged in the business of fabrication.

The Company changed it name from Zentroncis Technologies Limited to Techtrek India Limited in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 23rd February, 2010, considering brand name and goodwill of 'TECHTREK'(Group Company Name) in the international market.

Products such as control panels, cable trays, collapsible drums, cabinets and enclosures were manufactured by the company. Business activities have been restricted on account of lesser margins and shortage of working funds. It is suspended from the BSE on account of noncompliance with listing agreement clauses.

As the Company was unable to start any Manufacturing activities due to pending litigations and clearing of debts. The management decided to exit the main business activities in the year 2007-08 and altered its main object to IT and IT enabled services. To generate some income the Company has started to lease the premises. The company's proposed business plans could not be materialized, due to worldwide recession during the period 2008-09 and 2009-10. The management is giving its best efforts to generate the income from the IT and IT enabled services. Further the Company decided to merge its other group company M/s Tech Trek Technologies Limited who is having vast skill and know-how in IT Sector with itself.
