As per the Composite Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, amongst Tata Motors, TML Commercial Vehicles (the Company) and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, the Company’s name was changed to Tata Motors from TML Commercial Vehicles (effective October 29, 2025), and its equity shares are listed on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.
