The company was originally incorporated as a private limited Company in the name and style of ‘Touchwood Entertainment Private Limited’ under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated August 01, 1997 issued by the Registrar of the Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently the Company was converted in to a public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the extra ordinary general meeting of the Company held on March 8, 2003 and name of the Company consequent upon the said conversion was changed to ‘Touchwood Entertainment Limited’ and fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 29, 2003 consequent to the conversion of private limited company to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of the Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana.
