Toyam Sports Limited (TSL) was originally incorporated on January 25, 1985 in the name of Chetram Balkrishan Limited with Registrar of Companies, New Delhi under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.  The Company has changed its name to M/s Ojas Asset Reconstruction Company Limited vide ROC Certificate dated November 10, 2009. Subsequently, the name of the company has been changed from Ojas Asset Reconstruction Company Limited to Toyam Industries Limited vide fresh ROC Certificate dated December 20, 2016 with the change in main object from securitization and asset reconstruction to general business and trading activities. On November 07, 2022, the name of the company changed to Toyam Sports Limited from Toyam Industries Limited.

It is the only listed company, on Indian bourses, engaged in various sports production, promotion and management.

Over the last few years, while TSL has managed to assume the pole position in promoting a niche sport like Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) in India, it has also managed to make strong inroads in a sport as popular as cricket, domestically and globally. In a bid to strengthen the sports ecosystem and provide quality, and yet affordable, accessories to the athletes, TSL has launched a range of sports accessories under the ‘K1 L’ Brand available on all leading ecom platforms like Amazon, Flip Kart etc.

Business area of the company

The company is engaged in sports production, promotion and management. On the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) space, the company successfully conducted the ‘Kumite-1 League’, in the presence of legendary Mike Tyson, and will be soon showcasing the league’s vision through its '1st of its kind' reality TV show, ‘Kumite-1 Warrior Hunt’. TSL has also established its foothold in the Cricket business.
