Transglobe Foods Ltd was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on November 11, 1986 and was converted into a Public Limited Company by a special resolution on 25.01.93. Certificate of Change of Name was issued by Registrar of Companies (Gujarats) at Ahmedabad on 29.03.1993. The Company after incorporation started developing infrastructure requirement of project & also approached the financial institutions i.e.
