TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) is one of India’s largest and fastest-growing integrated supply chain solution providers. The company is promoted by the erstwhile TVS Group and is now part of the TVS Mobility Group. The company is a global company with a presence in many countries and its HQ is in India, where it pioneered the development of the Indian outsourced logistics industry. The company manages large and complex supply chains across multiple industries, both in India and select global markets, by customising tech-enabled solutions. The Company was originally incorporated as ‘TVS Logistics Services Limited’ in Madurai, a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 16, 2004 and certificate of commencement of business dated November 29, 2004 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu. Thereafter, the name of the company was changed to its present name, ‘TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited’, pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extra-ordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on November 19, 2018, as part of corporate rebranding and to reflect its core activities. Consequently, a certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name dated February 27, 2019 was issued by the RoC to reflect the change in name.

• 2024: Won a new business contract from VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) for managing their in-Plant warehousing and logistics function at their Eicher bus factory located in Baggad, Madhya Pradesh.
• 2024: Entered into new 5-year strategic contract with Daimler Truck South East Asia Pte, a Daimler Truck AG company, for integrated Supply Chain Solutions (ISCS) service in Singapore.
• 2024: Secured a new business contract from JCB in India for managing their in-plant warehousing and logistics operations at their facility in Vadodara, Gujarat for three years.
• 2026: Secured a three-year contract from Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) to manage their in-plant warehouse operations at its manufacturing facility in Chennai.
• 2026: Signed a MoU with ALA Group, an Italy-based global aerospace and defence supply-chain integrator, to collaborate on opportunities in India’s rapidly expanding aerospace and defence sectors.
