Uniplas India Ltd. was incorporated as a private limited Company on January 7, 1980 and was converted into a public limited company on February 10, 1986. The company was promoted by J.S.B. Bakshi.

It manufactures PVC pipes, fittings, & accessories, sprinbler systems & toto moulded products. The Company is engaged in the manufacture of rigid PVC pipe fittings & compounds of wide range of sizes. It also produces Door Accessories, Door Fittings or Furniture, Pipes , Window Fittings , Pipe Fittings , Window Hardware.

The Company is having its two manufacturing plants situated at Noida, U.P.

During the first half of 1990-91, Memorandum of understanding was singed by Company with British. Gas plc, v.k. for technical collaboration in the gas piping field.
