Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing was established in 1994 as Vidhi International Private Ltd, later the name was changed to Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Private Limited in the same year.

Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing is being steered forward in the 21st century under the able management of their promoters Bipin Manek and Naresh Modi and Vijay Kalte with his experience in the dyestuffs industry is the force driving the R&D at Vidhi. Vidhi export 95% of its production to leading countries of Europe, Far East, Latin America, Australlia and Africa.

Today with a unit occupying a built up area 45,000 sq.ft. Vidhi has an installed production capacity of 90 MPTM. At Vidhi the testing lab apart from ensuring quality, weeds out the impurities in the raw materials and maintains a rigid process control.

Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a leading international accredited certification body for quality assurance has approved the quality management systems of the company to the international standard BS EN ISO 9001-2000 with UK National Accrediation: UKAS Mark.
