Vigor Plast India was incorporated as a Private Limited company in the name ‘Vigor Plast India Private Limited’, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated January 30, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 11, 2024, the company was converted from a Private Limited company to Public Limited company and consequently, the name of the company was changed to ‘Vigor Plast India Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on November 27, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
