The company is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, historically engaged in the business of trading and manufacturing of Polymer and Rubber compounds and Specialty Additives for Plastics, Synthetic & Natural Rubbers. The company has been conventionally engaged in various business segments including Polymer & Rubber Commodity (bulk consumption) Compounds and Master-Batches. Manufacturing Up-Cycled Compounds from industrial and post-consumer waste and scrap materials like EVA, PVC, PP, PE etc., directly contributing to the Environment Protection initiatives from the Government of India and fulfilling the mandated EPR obligations for the conglomerates using hundreds of thousands of tonnes of plastic products and packaging materials.

The company has built capabilities to produce specifically engineered (ready-to-use / designed / modified) materials for plastic processors, for a wide spectrum of plastic products and application. • 2020: The company commenced dealing in Raw and Finished Cashew Nuts as a commercial business activity.
• 2021: Vikas Lifecare acquired 22.04% stake in Advik Laboratories
• 2021: Vikas Lifecare’s Agro Products division received the largest single export order amounting to $1 million.
• 2022: Vikas Lifecare acquired 75% stake in Genesis Gas Solutions.
• 2022: Vikas Lifecare’s subsidiary -- Genesis Gas Solutions (Genesis) developed and integrated LoRa technology MIUs (Meter Interface Units) into pre-paid and post-paid gas meters.
• 2022: Vikas Lifecare’s subsidiary -- Genesis Gas Solutions (Genesis) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with ‘S I C K’ India, a subsidiary company of ‘S I C K’ A.G.
• 2022: Vikas Lifecare added crystal sugar and allied products to the product portfolio to its Agro Product Business Division and is executing an export order for 2700 MT valued at over Rs 10 crore to start with.
• 2022: Vikas Lifecare added Premium Almonds and Walnuts to its Agro-Products offerings thereby strengthening its presence in fastest growing Premium Quality & Nutrient-Rich Food Supplement, Dry-Fruits market.
• 2022: The company acquired 30% stake in Ardh Sainik Canteen.
• 2022: Vikas Lifecare received the Patent for the Technology developed by its team on ‘Recycling of Waste Plastics for making Pallets & Interlocking tiles for Industrial Application’.
• 2023: The company got recognition from Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India (DSIR) for its In-House R&D Unit(s).
• 2023: The company’s subsidiary company -- Genesis Gas Solutions (Genesis) entered into Joint Venture agreement with Indraprastha Gas (IGL) to set up India’s first Integrated Smart Meter Manufacturing Plant with Capital Expenditure of Rs 110.00 crore.
• 2023: The company’s arm secured orders for ultrasonic gas meters.
• 2024: Vikas Lifecare acquired new land in Rajasthan.
• 2024: The company’s subsidiary company -- Genesis Gas Solutions has accomplished the incorporation of ‘IGL Genesis Technologies’ the joint venture company with Indraprastha Gas (IGL).
• 2024: It received a new patent from the Indian Patent Office, Government of India, for its innovative process for Recycling of Multi-Layered Plastics and converting these into granules and products for Societal Applications.
• 2024: It entered into strategic collaboration with the Defence Electronic Applications Laboratory (DEAL), a premier laboratory under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Dehradun, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, and the CSIR-National Physical Laboratory (CSIR-NPL), Delhi.
• 2024: It established a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Shahjahanpur RIICO Industrial Area, spanning 20,000 square feet, under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme.
• 2024: Vikas Lifecare has entered into a Technology Transfer agreement with the Advanced Systems Laboratory, DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, Hyderabad.
