Vinayak Polycon International (VPIL) was incorporated in 2009 as a Public Limited Company, registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 as a result of demerger order from Rajasthan High Court from its former Company Polycon International Limited. This was done to facilitate and develop business in southern part of India.
