VSL Infotainment Limited (formerly known as Viral Syntex Limited), was incorporated as a private limited company on September 13, 1985 and was converted into a public limited company on July 10, 1992.

Viral Syntex was engaged in the reprocessing of various grades of polymer waste.

The manufacturing unit of the company is located at Dombivili near Mumbai for reprocessing of polymer waste. It has been suspended from the BSE on account of non compliance with listing agreement clauses.
