VKJ Infradevelopers was incorporated as ‘VKJ Infra developers Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated March 12, 2010. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act and the name of the company was changed to ‘VKJ Infra developers Limited’ pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to public limited company dated May 29, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
