VMS Industries Ltd was originally incorporated under the name of Varun Management Services Private Limited on 2nd December 1991 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat ( Dadar & Nagar Haveli). The name of the company was changed to VMS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED with effect from 22nd May 2007. Pursuant to this the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company, the word ā€œPrivateā€ was deleted from the name of our Company by necessary resolution passed on 31st December 2009.
