Yaap Digital was incorporated as a Private limited Company under the name ‘Yaap Digital Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated March 09, 2016 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra. Further, the company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on January 15, 2025 and the name of the company was changed to ‘Yaap Digital Limited’ with a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 28, 2025, issued to the company by the Assistant Registrar of Companies/Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
