YIL is a Listed Company with 40% of the shares held by YKC and the rest by Financial Institutions, the Indian Promoters, and the Public. In the last 34 years, YIL has achieved the fastest growth rate in the Oil Hydraulics Industry in the Country inspite of being the last entrant.
