Jindal Drilling & Industries gets nod to acquire offshore Jack-up Rig ‘Jindal Supreme’

The above said Rig is currently operating under contract with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Jindal Drilling & Industries has received approval from board of directors to acquire offshore Jack-up Rig ‘Jindal Supreme’ from Venus Drilling Pte for $16.75 million, subject to the necessary approvals, if any.
