The Company was originally incorporated as ‘Artedz Fabs Private Limited’ at Mumbai, Maharashtra as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 08, 2006 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by members in Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on January 18, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to ‘Artedz Fabs Limited’. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated February 19, 2018 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Business area of the company:

Artedz Fabs is engaged in manufacturing and trading of textile fabrics for shirtings and suitings. It specialises in manufacturing of textile fabrics majorly from cotton yarn. It also uses linen yarn as well as blended yarns as the raw material. It is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of grey fabrics with high-end and fashion forward designs, using the expertise of its in-house designing team. The Company caters to orders from both domestic and international markets.
