Bedmutha Industries was incorporated in the year August 23, 1990. Earlier, the name of the company was Bedmutha Wire Company that was later changed to its present name and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on November 18, 2009. Kachardas R. Bedmutha is the founder of the company.The company started its commercial production in the year 1992 by setting up its first galvanized wire plant at Nashik with an installed capacity of 3600 MTPA.
