The Company was originally incorporated as Brooks Laboratories Limited on January 23, 2002. Company was initially promoted for manufacturing of latest molecules in Injectables, tablets and dry syrups for the domestic customers. The Company set up a facility for manufacturing Tablets, Dry Syrup and Injectables, which was supported by a research and development centre at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
