Gujarat Natural Resources, earlier known as Lesha Energy Resources was incorporated on August 23, 1991 as Lesha Steels under the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Gujarat. The company set up a unit to manufacture different grades of low carbon alloy steels. The company has obtained the certificate of commencement of business on June 24, 1992 from the office of the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
