Jindal Capital was incorporated as a public limited company on June 20, 1994 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on November 14, 1994. The company started operations of investment in securities since November 14, 1994 i.e. the date of commencement of business. The company has been providing fund-based activities. At present it does not have any subsidiary. In 2004, Jindal Capital delisted its shares from Delhi Stock Exchange and Jaipur Stock Exchange.
