Kamanwala Housing Construction company was incorporated in 1984 as Kamanwala Housing Development Finance Company by its visionary promoter M.L. Gupta along with associates Jaipal Jain and Atul Jain. The company’s principal activity is the construction and sale of residential houses and commercial buildings. The company launched its public issue in March 1986 through which Rs. 18 mn were raised. Its shares were listed on BSE.
