Navkar Builders (NBL) was originally incorporated as Navkar Builders Private Limited on June 2, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, as a private limited company. Subsequently the company was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on April 21, 1995. Navkar Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd is the promoter of the company.
