The company was set up as a power & distribution transformer manufacturing unit at Jaipur in 1971. The name of the company was changed to RTS Power Corporation Ltd. in the year 1994. RTS is the flagship company of the Bhutoria Group. The history of the group goes back to more than 175 years.
